The signing ceremony was part of the 2nd edition of ‘KUMBUYAHAN,’ a project organized by DILG Iloilo Province. This initiative brings together experts and stakeholders to assist local government units in improving their operations and qualifying for the Seal of Good Local Governance.

Dr. Carmelo V. Ambut, ISAT University’s VP for Research and Extension, represented President Dr. Gabriel M. Salistre Jr. at the event. He was accompanied by PICO Director Dr. Heinz B. Gumaquil.
