The university Human Resource Management Office conducted a two-day interpersonal competence training to 100  regular and contractual front line administrative employees across the ISAT U System on April 19-20, 2017 at the Ed Tech Center.

A customer service centered activity and with the theme “Interpersonal Competence: A Key for Service Excellence,” the training was divided into four areas: customer service, computer literacy enhancement, records and files management and work values.

The  customer service and customer service skills were introduced to the participants by Dr. Rubie C. Lencioco. A lecture and workshop on customer service communication skills was given by Mrs. Jiesa J. Napone while Mrs. Hilda D. Darroca demonstrated basic customer service and personality development.

Mr. Lovendrick Jhon P. Barrios and Mr. Arnel N. Secondes enhanced the employees’ computer literacy with application of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ms. Alma C. Espora discussed Republic Act  19470 or the National Archives Law for the records and files management and Dr. Muriel M. Jover gave a very fruitful orientation on the employees work values.
