The Iloilo Science and Technology University Administration conducted a Training Workshop on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) on June 20-22, 2016 at the Madison Hotel, Iloilo City.
The three-day training workshop was attended by the Vice Presidents, Deans, Directors, Campus Administrators, Department Heads, Professors and some selected administrative personnel of the University.
Ms. Agnes B. Padilla, Director of the Civil Service was the resource speaker. The training is in consonance with Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 6, s. 2012 and Civil Service Commission MC No. 13, s. 1999. It aims to better equip the participants in enhancing and strategizing the SPMS implementation in the University, craft and evaluate/rate their respective personnel and units, and organize a training program for all Performance Management Team (PMT) and other selected unit heads.
