C/Supt Samuel R. Perez, Deputy Chief for Administration of Bureau of Fire Protection, National Headquarters was back to his Alma Mater, WVCST, as the guest speaker for this year’s Recognition Day. Perez finished his Secondary Education in WVCST which was then called ISAT, as First Honors.
In his message to the graduates, C/Supt. Perez encouraged them to continue learning new things, to hone their skills and enrich their values and intellect. Because of this, he also gave reminders to inspire and encourage the graduates to do much better, not just for themselves but also for their families and countrymen.
On the other hand, the institutional linkages that also served as partners of WVCST in achieving their community service, projects and scholarship grants to the studets were also given recognition.
Excellence, Academic & Achievement awards were as well given to the students. The members of the faculty who excelled in their field were also recognized and were given certificates of award.
